We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Pega Senior Decisioning Architect to lead advanced decisioning solutions using Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH). The role involves driving strategy, architecture, and implementation of scalable decisioning solutions to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Decisioning Architecture & Strategy: Define and implement decisioning solutions using Pega CDH & Pega Decisioning.
✅ AI & Machine Learning: Improve Pega Decisioning AI performance through advanced adaptive modeling, A/B testing, and simulation analysis.
✅ Stakeholder Management: Present decisioning concepts to Marketing Heads, VPs, and Operations Teams to drive adoption.
✅ Customer Marketing & Contact Strategy: Develop Next Best Action strategies, segmentation models, and campaign management solutions.
✅ Big Data & Predictive Analytics: Work with distributed systems, non-relational databases, multi-terabyte data warehouses, and Big Data platforms.
✅ Cross-Channel Expansion: Assess existing decisioning strategies and expand the platform to support multi-channel marketing and automation.
✅ Consultation & Training: Provide thought leadership, mentorship, and training for Pega Decisioning Architects and System Architects.
✅ Project Execution & Management: Oversee task assignment, budget, and delivery timelines, ensuring smooth implementation of decisioning initiatives.
✅ Performance Analysis: Utilize PMML models from non-Pega predictive systems for Pega decisioning and optimize platform performance.
✅ Agile Project Delivery: Follow Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies for efficient execution of projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Minimum 6 years of experience in Pega Customer Decision Hub & Decisioning.
✔ At least 3 years of experience with simulation, A/B testing, adaptive analytics, and performance analysis in Pega CDH.
✔ Pega Decisioning and Pega Platform Certification is required.
✔ Deep understanding of decisioning algorithms, balancing customer needs with business objectives.
✔ Experience in defining decisioning architecture & solutions for Pega Marketing and AI-driven automation.
✔ Strong expertise in Big Data platforms, database performance, and non-relational data stores.
✔ Leadership experience managing Pega Decisioning Architects & System Architects.
✔ Proficiency in implementing Customer Marketing, Adaptive Modeling, and Campaign Management solutions.
✔ Experience with PMML integration for non-Pega predictive models in Pega decisioning.
