Payroll Project Coordinator

 

Description:

  • This HR-Payroll Project Coordinator will help manage the intake and prioritization process for small to medium work efforts, through facilitating meetings and collecting updates from across teams.
  • Jira is the tool used for workflow.
  • This role will also help collect Resource plans in an Excel spreadsheet template.
  • The portfolio of work is HR and Payroll, and the systems being worked on by the team are Workday and ADP Payroll.
  • Functional HR and Payroll knowledge would be useful but not required.
  • The qualified candidate should have strong communication skills, willingness to partner across teams, and strong organizational skills.

Skills Needed:

  • Strong Excel skills are required.
  • Familiarity with Jira for managing work items is required.
  • Familiarity with Planview Portfolios is preferred.
