Responsibilities: As our Payroll & Benefits Generalist, you'll be the backbone of our HR team, ensuring seamless operations in payroll and benefits processes.
Your main duties will include:
- Collaborating with the team to run semi-monthly payroll and conduct audit functions.
- Managing all aspects of benefit plan administration, including open enrollment and new hire enrollment.
- 401K plan administration and addressing employee queries.
- Processing benefit invoices accurately and conducting quarterly audits for compliance.
- Handling employment-related inquiries and verifications, while staying updated on HR trends and regulations.
- Collaborating with the Talent & Culture team on employee engagement events.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master's degree a plus.
- At least five years of experience in human resources, with a focus on payroll and benefits processing.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and the ability to learn HRIS systems quickly
