Position Summary

Provides a quality customer service experience while providing financial counseling.

Position Accountabilities

1. Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environmental and infection control standards.

2. Reports policy violation.

Job Specific Duties

Greets and assists walk-in patients.

Receives payments and issues receipts. Calculates discounts as needed.

Communicates timely and effectively with vendor relationships.

Works weekly & monthly reports timely and effectively to resolve accounts for speedy revenue process.

Financial Assistance maintained with current updated information and tracked accordingly.

Communicates with Supervisor and Trainer any registration or billing issues.

Executes room visits to communicate and gain necessary financial resolution to charges on account.

Responds to patient phone calls promptly and resolves patients issues.

RAC Audit accounts tracked effectively.

Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Minimum Education - High School or equivalent

Minimum Experience - On the job experience or equivalent in admitting procedures.
