Patient Care Co-ordinator

 

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator. This position is patient-facing, involving interaction with patients, and requires a dynamic individual with high energy. In addition to front-of-house responsibilities, you will also contribute to the seamless functioning of treatment rooms and supporting clinical providers. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, managing schedules, staff, and providing excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:

● Scheduling:

○ Coordinate and optimize appointment scheduling using state-of-the-art practice management technology..

○ Ensure efficient utilization of time and resources.

 

● Interface with Patients:

○ Answer phones with enthusiasm and friendly professionalism

○ Facilitate patient procedures, consultations and discuss packages.

○ Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient experience. ○ Meet, greet, and educate patients on skincare products and treatments.

 

● Sales:

○ Demonstrate a strong understanding of all services and products offered.

○ Answer patient inquiries with enthusiasm and expertise.

○ Lead in the sale process of aesthetic products or services.

○ Assist in closing patient transactions and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

 

● Maintain Supplies/Stock:

○ Monitor and replenish office supplies.

○ Manage inventory to ensure necessary stock levels are maintained.

○ Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas and treatment rooms within the office.

 

● Answer Phones and Front Desk:

○ Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors.

○ Provide information, schedule appointments, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff.

○ Ensure effective communication through text messaging platforms.

 

● Help with Marketing/Events:

○ Collaborate with the marketing team to promote services and events. ○ Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives and events.

 

Qualifications:

● Proven experience in patient care coordination preferably in medspa or aesthetic clinic.

● Hospitality and sales experience a plus

● Comfortable with small business atmosphere and willing to grow and change with the business

● Strong organizational and ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

● Enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude.

● Problem solving skills

● Knowledge of skincare products and treatments is a plus.

● Willing to train the right candidate
