• Pastini is a semi casual dinning experience where serveres and hosts both work together to fufill the role of busser.
• Both servers and hosts also fuffil the role of a BOH expo and food runners.
• It's expected to become proficient at understanding the resturant pacing, for both the servers and the kitchen.
