Description:
We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our smart, savvy, women led company as a member of our Partnership Department with the opportunity to work remotely. You will be a part of a hungry, happy, creative, and driven team. We have our pulse on what women business owners and leaders are tuning into, and making waves in the business world. We’re looking for an experienced performer to execute our brand partnerships, build great relationships with our partners so you can continue to offer more value and opportunities to them based on their goals. You will be spearheading the team to deliver best in class client service and campaign management, from the Strategy (pre-sale) to Activation (post-sale), to ultimately executing successful, results driven campaigns that help our partners grow. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, project management and presentation skills and a desire to work in a fast paced environment and industry. This role will be helping to not only proactively manage all partnership deals, but helping to develop the roadmap to grow the partnerships/ account management team.
This role is freelance to start. We are looking for candidates with availability for 30-40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- This is a client-facing role. Lead partnership calls and foster relationships, actively running partnership kick-offs.
- Identify campaign objectives, define KPIs, and execute key campaign optimizations.
- Create pitch, media plan, launch plan, and campaign results decks for partners
- Assist in media plan creation by identifying partner goals for campaign and Entreprenista’s channels that would make sense for the partner KPI’s.
- Daily use of reporting, analytics, and trend tools.
- Analyze data to make informed decisions about performance of partnerships and new opportunities
- Devise effective strategies to identify larger opportunities when working with partners to scale accounts.
- Assist in asset creation for partners such as email & social media copy, podcast ad copy, email and social media creative assets, etc.
- Develop project timelines, oversee project deliverables, & work with multiple teams to oversee flawless execution of campaigns.
- Serve as the central point of contact across internal teams and clients fostering strong client relationships through exceptional client service.
- Manage the full campaign life cycle including but not limited to; organizing and conducting kick-off calls, execution of campaigns, monitoring campaign performance and the end of campaign reporting
- Proactively identify issues and provide timely solutions problems and share learnings
- Strong project management and communication skills, responsible for leading client calls providing campaign status updates, performance, and recommendations to clients.
- Take detailed client notes that the team can reference when strategizing
- Analyze data to make informed decisions about performance of partnerships and new opportunities
- Exceed revenue goals provided to you by leadership.
- Form relationships with current partners for ongoing partnership opportunities.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for women in business and helping the future generation of women leaders
- Experience with B2B Account management and knowing what B2B marketers are looking for in partnerships
- 2-4 years of experience in account management or partnership management for an agency, media company or similar
- Existing relationships with prospective clients/partners
- Deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape
- Can identify all levels of the client/brand side and build and maintain relationships
- Executive Presence, superior presentation and storytelling ability over Zoom
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-faceted start-up environment to oversee multiple projects and tight deadlines
- Fluency in the language of digital media: impressions, CTR, CPMs, eCPMs, etc.
- Fluency in the language of online measurement & research tied to advertiser campaigns
- Bachelor’s Degree
