Description:
The person in this position must be an effective contributor and communicator in working with KOLs and brand partners, as well as with internal colleagues and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for retail and a high level of flexibility and commitment.
Responsibilities
- Grow a stable supply of live shopping content creators by sourcing, acquiring, and onboarding high potential creator talent to the Douyin E-Commerce ecosystem
- Identify room for improvement in tooling, SOPs and support for creators for growth
- Provide ongoing support and training to creators to improve performance, and study key attributes of successful creator cases
- Ensure and secure resources for creator growth and development in collaboration with platform marketing team
- Enhance the communication between brands and creators to foster on-going collaborations and support special marketing events
- Understand category trends and hot selling products to engage creators with relevant brands to generate incremental revenue
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate with internal and external parties, while meeting high target
- Speak and write reports in Chinese due to negotiation with brands, resellers, KOLs etc. of Chinese background.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- 3 years of experience in creator partnerships management, mixed experience on social media platform side, brand side, and e-commerce side, with ideally a strong connection with local Chinese influencers
- Data driven, strong execution, good communication, collaborative, and time management skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
