This role is within Chamberlain Group's Sales Operations function. It will report into the Channel Operations team. A successful incumbent is expected to support implementation and day-to-day management channel incentive programs to accelerate the achievement of Chamberlain Group's business objectives of revenue, profit, volume, and strategic initiatives. The individual will need to gain deep understanding of our customer base as well as data sources used to analyze and maximize results within our channel. A strong focus on operational efficiency and attention to detail is also needed.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Achievement of Chamberlain Group's business objectives of revenue, profit, volume, and strategic initiatives

  • Generate financial models (P&L/ROI) to proactively demonstrate the cost of channel programs, promotions, incentives, warranty programs and their impact on sales and profitability

  • Track financial and non-financial key performance metrics to measure success of channel

  • programs and partner engagement; communicate results and develop improvement plans to reach set goals

  • Lead cross-functional teams through the implementation of new programs or changes to existing programs

  • Contribute to creation of internal and external program documents, marketing collateral and partner communication materials to clearly define program benefits, requirements, value proposition, rules of engagement and terms and conditions

  • Ensure that our sales team and partners have full understanding of our program through the creation of training and supporting documentation as well as prompt response to inquiries within our mailbox

  • Improve operational processes to support and manage channel programs (i.e., hierarchy changes, partner additions, etc.) and ensure documentation of all processes (i.e., data sources, systems, etc.)

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with sales analytics, sales enablement, partner communications, finance and IT to ensure alignment from groups on projects and programs

  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed

  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rule

  • Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies

  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed
