Your Skills and Background:
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in the IT or MSP sector
- Strong understanding of IT services and their business applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Strategic and analytical thinking abilities
- Capability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or related field preferred
- Relevant industry certifications are a plus
What You Will Do
- Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships. Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for partner.
- Service Delivery Oversight: Ensure that services are delivered in accordance with agreed-upon standards and SLAs. Coordinate with technical teams to address IT needs effectively.
- Strategic Planning: Work closely with partners to understand their business objectives and align our IT services with their goals.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account expansion by understanding their evolving needs. Propose solutions that enhance their operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- New Account Leads: Follow-up and close new business from provided qualified leads.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate service performance metrics and conduct partner satisfaction assessments.
- Issue Resolution: Promptly address partner concerns and issues, ensuring resolution in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to both partners and internal management.
