Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives.Generate new leads through various channels, including cold calls, networking events, and referrals.Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clientsPromote and sell building materials to potential customers.Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.Negotiate and close sales deals.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to track performance. Requirements Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the building materials industry.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Proven track record of achieving sales targets.Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
