Outpatient Therapist

Description:

We are looking for motivated and compassionate therapists (LPCC or LSW) to join our expanding clinical team. This fully remote role involves providing individual therapy to clients and collaborating closely with our PMHNPs as part of an integrative care model.

You will receive weekly clinical supervision to strengthen your skills and help navigate any clinical challenges, making this position ideal for professionals working toward full licensure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual psychotherapy services through a secure TeleHealth platform.
• Collaborate with PMHNPs and other clinicians to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans.
• Conduct initial client assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
• Maintain detailed, compliant clinical documentation.
• Participate in weekly supervision, team meetings, and case consultations.
• Use evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs.
• Offer mental health education and resources to support clients' goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical Social Work.
• Active LPCC or LSW license in Colorado (or ability to obtain licensure).
• Passion for TeleHealth and comfort with virtual platforms.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team setting.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with integrative and collaborative care models is preferred.
