Organizational Talent Development Coordinator

 

Description:

What you’ll do:

  • Audit training and development materials with a focus on content integrity and making necessary updates as needed.
  • Assist in providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders on the status and progress of learning and development initiatives.
  • Manage the Learning Management System and its contents.
  • Manage learning event logistics, including location selection, scheduling, participant registration, and material preparation.
  • Create communication materials for the purpose of promoting new courses or other learning events.
  • Coordinate travel arrangement and accommodation for trainers and participants as needed.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in collecting learning and development offerings participants feedback and communicating improvement suggestions to management as appropriate.


What You’ll Bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics or a related field of study with one year experience within Organizational Development OR 3 or more years of experience in training coordination, facilitation or similar.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration, instructional event planning and administration.
  • Working knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in learning and development.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
