Bentley is embarking on a transformational journey to modernize sales, marketing, integration, and ERP platforms to upscale our user experience and processes across the enterprise. This position is part of the Business Applications team which supports internal projects that impact a variety of internal and external stakeholders to deliver world-class enterprise applications. The Business Applications team is focused on streamlining our processes and creating engaging, efficient, and powerful user experiences. To complement this effort, the team is looking for an Organizational Change Management Analyst who can collaborate with the organization to develop and execute change management strategy and plans, using our methodology and templates. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working as part of a team and is someone who has experience developing, optimizing, and implementing change management throughout an organization’s business and technology landscape. They will have demonstrated success in developing and delivering change management processes, organizational readiness plans, end-user training and managing the adoption of new business processes and technology.

Your Day-to-Day
 

  • Partner across the Bentley organization to provide change leadership support to effectively equip functional leaders’ navigation of the change process.
  • Drive change management execution across multiple simultaneous, cross-functional, projects and/or programs. Anticipate organizational challenges and/or resistance, developing corresponding risk mitigation plan.
  • Develop and implement communication and engagement plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Scale current OCM framework and tools as necessary to be right fit to varying projects and programs; co-create remaining framework and tools.
  • Leverage stakeholder analysis tools to identify resistance and develop strategies address and overcome resistance.
  • Partner with a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders and teams across the organization assess change impact and develop plans to drive adoption.
  • Identify risks and issues that will impact realization or organizational benefits and create mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and own change management metrics and KPIs to illustrate ROI and end user adoption progress.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the entire organization and drive management methodologies with change champions in other teams.
  • Foster a collaborative environment where differing perspectives are encouraged, acknowledged.

     

What You Bring To The Team
 

  • 3+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management or related experience.
  • Certified Change Management Professional (Prosci) preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully supporting the design and implementation of change management capabilities in support of various change initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience planning, developing, and delivering end-user training for new processes and systems.
  • Working knowledge of technical processes and platform integrations.
  • Ability to track KPI’s and metrics and recommend data driven solutions.
  • Excellent written communication & ability to communicate concepts using productivity tools (Word, Excel, PPT).
  • Ability to actively listen and summarize discussion.
  • Ability to build genuine relationships with colleagues.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional leaders.
  • Ability to have empathy and relate with the challenges change can bring.
  • This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week, home-based.
  • Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements). The role requires communication with managers, peers, and other colleagues of the company in person (on occasion), and by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling, and meeting functions.
  • No travel is required with this role.
