We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Order Service Representative to join our team at our Orlando, FL site. This position plays a critical role in managing repair orders, ensuring accurate work order creation, and coordinating with warehouse and production teams to maintain seamless repair and delivery workflows. This role is performed in a dynamic warehouse setting, requiring flexibility to physical tasks as well as administrative precision.
Key Responsibilities:
π Order Management: Review incoming repair orders and returned materials from customers. Validate work scope and create work orders in internal systems, ensuring accuracy in order details.
ποΈ Database Accuracy: Ensure all repair scopes, warranty claims, and financial details are correctly recorded in SAP and other internal databases.
π Warehouse Coordination: Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth workflows and timely handoff of work orders to the shop floor for repair execution.
π¦ Subcontracting: Manage subcontract purchase orders for any off-site repair requirements, ensuring timely generation and closure of these orders.
π Shipping & Delivery Coordination: Validate customer financial standing before coordinating the shipment and delivery of completed repairs.
π€ Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to achieve accuracy and processing speed goals for the repair order process.
Minimum Qualifications:
π High School Diploma or GED required.
π Certification or Associateβs Degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
π§ At least 2 years of experience in data entry or service support, preferably in Aviation, Electronics, or Technical industry.

Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
β
Process-driven, task-oriented, and capable of working both independently and within a team.
π₯οΈ Proficiency in PC use, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and database applications.
Special Position Requirements:
β° Work Schedule: Monday to Friday during core business hours; occasional weekend work (Saturdays & Sundays) may be required.
π’ Physical Environment: Dynamic warehouse setting with typical office tasks combined with physical work.
πͺ Physical Demands:
βοΈ Travel: Limited, up to 5% β may involve visiting other Thales manufacturing sites across the USA.
