Best Sanitizers, Inc. is searching to fill an opening for a full-time position in their Customer Service Department. We are looking for someone who is motivated, thrives in a business atmosphere, and enjoys working as a part of a team. The ideal candidate for this position is detail oriented, focused, organized, and able to provide superior customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Processing a high volume of orders on a daily basis with an understanding of specific requirements for each order/customer
- Reviewing orders for accuracy
- Providing customers with timely responses to questions on order status, tracking, and other general inquiries
- Managing online customer orders and associated data via EDI portals
- Generating internal reports to sales and production teams
- Regularly communicating with the warehouse to ensure customer satisfaction
- Invoice orders daily, weekly, and as needed
- Supporting sales and marketing team as needed
- Handling other general office duties including being able and willing to successfully rotate tasks within the department as needed
Job Duties:
- Enter orders into our system accurately and proficiency.
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Other duties as requested
Requirements:
- High degree of proficiency and proven past experience in the areas of data entry using software, online portals, spreadsheets, etc.
- Previous experience with ERP software
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Experience in a customer service and order processing environment preferred
- Work in person in an office setting with sitting, standing, walking, answering the phone, using computers, and lifting office boxes
- Ability to follow written, audio, visual, and verbal directions.
- Masks may be required in common areas pending current local health department guidelines
