We are looking for an experienced Oracle Financials Consultant with PPM expertise for a long-term contract.

📍 Location: 95% Remote (Need Locals to DMV Area)
📅 Job Type: Long-term Contract
🎯 Experience: 10+ years
Independent Consultants (W2 or 1099 preferred)

Key Requirements:
✅ Strong experience with Oracle Financials & PPM (Project Portfolio Management)
✅ Expertise in Project Costing, Billing, Contracts, Grants Management, & Analytics
✅ Federal/State project experience preferred
✅ VA or nearby consultants only (Travel required twice a month)
