Description:
Philadelphia, PA: Plan, direct or coordinate the operations of the organization. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations and planning the use of materials and human resources. Provide monthly performance reports and updates on portfolio strategy and market condition. Research all relevant governmental, operational and historical info to successfully implement each project. Review financial statements, sales or activity reports or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement. Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties. Manage finances and investments while interfacing with banks; issuing quarterly and annual reports. Plan or direct activities such as sales promotion that require coordination with other department managers. Duties entail working with Accounting Softwares, including but not limited to: QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Xero, Wave, and SlockPie. Bachelor’s in business administration, Laws, Marketing, Fiance or related with three years of experience.
