We are looking for an upbeat, self-motivated, full time Relationship Banker- Operations Manager who will provide the best possible experience for our customers at our Sykes Mountain Ave. Branch in White River Junction, VT. Relationship Banker- Operations Managers ensure all relationship bankers perform duties within bank policies and standards while adhering to bank polices and audit requirements. This position includes performing Relationship Banker duties as needed and supporting branch operations.

Complete understanding of banking operational procedures gained through several years of operation experience is required. Strong computer skills are needed. Thorough knowledge of online banking systems is needed as well as demonstrated managerial skills. A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills are essential. The ability to use and adapt to everchanging technology is also important. Relationship Banker - Operations Managers must also communicate professionalism in every manner, including dressing to impress. Confidentiality and privacy of customer information is a must!
