Onboarding Coordinator
Description:
Responsibilities:
- Assist the candidate from offer acceptance through start
- Facilitate/schedule pre-employment activities required of candidate for upcoming role
- Partner with recruiters to execute all on-boarding activities (start date notifications, work space requirements, training, etc.)
- Monitor candidate on-boarding progress, following up with stakeholders, as needed
- Understand and ensure optimal quality of all onboarding experiences
- Draft new hire welcome emails and on-boarding checklists
- Create new hires' employee electronic files
- Coordinate building access and logistics (e.g., badges, computers etc.)
Competencies:
- Strong project management, organizational, and administrative skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision making skills
- Experience coordinating and collaborating across all relevant functions in the organization
