Onboarding Coordinator

 

Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the candidate from offer acceptance through start
  • Facilitate/schedule pre-employment activities required of candidate for upcoming role
  • Partner with recruiters to execute all on-boarding activities (start date notifications, work space requirements, training, etc.)
  • Monitor candidate on-boarding progress, following up with stakeholders, as needed
  • Understand and ensure optimal quality of all onboarding experiences
  • Draft new hire welcome emails and on-boarding checklists
  • Create new hires' employee electronic files
  • Coordinate building access and logistics (e.g., badges, computers etc.)

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision making skills
  • Experience coordinating and collaborating across all relevant functions in the organization
