Position Summary
Working Hours: Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm EST. Must work the EST time zone hours. No travel is required in this role.
This is a work-from-home position and is part of Aetna's division of Aetna Clinical Services (ACS).
The role is part of an onboarding team that will request access for new hires and provision laptops and other things needed for a new hire's first day.
The candidate must be proficient with keyboarding, using a computer with multiple screens, utilizing Microsoft Excel and Teams.
Must be able to problem-solve and ask questions of teammates and Hiring Managers to clarify when a situation is unclear.
Operates data entry devices, verifies data, performs related clerical duties, and/or prepares documentation for data entry by assigning numerical codes to entry items and verifies accuracy. Includes rating/coding. Provide the office support needed to ensure that business objectives are met
Follows a pattern of operations generally standardized, but frequently including rules, expectations, and special instructions, which demand close attention.
Good working knowledge of the operation of data entry devices and numerous applications, job formats, and system commands.
Required Qualifications
3 years of experience using a computer for their daily work.
