Description:
Kramer Wealth Managers is seeking an energized and engaged professional individual to grow with our rapidly expanding organization. The Office Operations Assistant will support the core functions of the administrative team as they relate to the overall needs of the practice.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Answer all incoming voice phone calls and properly route
• Provide executive level support functions for the office including maintaining paper and electronic files, preparing correspondence, running reports, and schedule maintenance.
• Coordinating special projects and acting as liaison between firm and vendors
• Establish and contribute ideas on current firm processes, procedures, and protocols to maximize efficiency
• Plan and execute client appreciation initiatives
• Compile and meticulously maintain records and activities ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory procedures and guidelines
• Compile reports and account paperwork for client meetings and reviews
• Other duties as assigned to facilitate overall firm and office operations
Requirements:
• American Sign Language proficiency level of ASL 4 or greater or willingness to become conversationally fluent in ASL
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills and business phone etiquette
• High degree of accuracy and attention-to-detail
• Minimum of three years experience in office or customer service environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team setting
• Strong aptitude for learning cloud-based technology applications
• Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with the ability to organize and prioritize work
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Empathy, caring and respect for others with the willingness to serve
• Must be energetic, think creatively and have impeccable business ethics and standards
• Ability to pass background check prior to employment. Fingerprinting required by industry regulations.
