Position Overview:
We’re seeking one Morning Coordinator and one Afternoon Coordinator to:
Coordinate with our remote creative team to track projects and deadlines
Reach out to leads, book consultations, and set up meetings
Create simple social media content while in-office (Canva, captions, reels, etc.)
Audit and organize our websites, social media pages, and digital files
Scout new talent, potential partners, and funding opportunities
Conduct initial interviews with potential contractors and partners
Support general office tasks and help our creative team stay on track
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communicator (phone, email, DM)
Organized, self-motivated, and resourceful
Social media savvy (Instagram, TikTok, Canva)
Comfortable doing outreach and building relationships
Interest in creative industries, media, or marketing is a plus
Experience in admin, marketing, or project coordination preferred
