Occupational Therapist

 

Description:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.

Implement therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.

Provide education and support to families to reinforce therapy goals at home.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in New Jersey.

Experience working in an occupational therapy clinic is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
