As a Night Shift Pharmacist Team Lead for Chewy, you will support a team of top professionals that are committed to providing outstanding care and wellness services for the pet parents and their pets. In this role, you will be an integral leader of the pharmacy team and a partner in the overall Chewy eCommerce fulfillment network. What You’ll Do

Act as a liaison between pharmacy leadership and staff pharmacists to promote an environment of open and consistent communication across all shifts and locations. 
Participate in weekly pharmacist lead meeting to discuss topics in all areas of pharmacy including, but not limited to, reviewing workflow, regulatory compliance, continuous quality improvement, and system enhancements.
Assist pharmacy leadership in developing, managing, and coaching a group of staff pharmacists to help build a successful team. Provide ongoing training and coaching as needed.
Assist pharmacy leadership in developing and maintaining clear and measurable expectations among the pharmacist team. 
Engage the pharmacist workforce by seeking out feedback after a process change. Hold small focus group roundtables as needed and report findings to the PIC and POM.
Analyze team performance to drive improvement in workflow and productivity. Provide consistent feedback to leadership. 
Identify training gaps and partner with pharmacy leadership to provide ongoing development plans for pharmacists.
Provide regular communication with PIC and POM on team performance.
Collaborates interdepartmentally 
Coordinates and modifies your group’s weekly schedules among sites according to current business needs. 
Upholds operational standards including performa Our Opportunity: Chewy is seeking a Workplace facilities Operations Manager to join the pack in Plantation, FL. This role is highly visible as often the first point of contact for clients, associates, and guests. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations and maintaining an organized, best in class work environment.

You will be expected to support leadership teams and managers as well as interface with building management and vendors. A significant portion of this role is to handle the daily facility tasks and any maintenance needed in a timely manner. This person will brainstorm new ideas to ensure consistency of experience and culture among Chewy facilities.

What To Expect

The Workplace Facilities Operations Manager is the liaison between the SLT executive team and Chewy employees and management regarding space planning, event coordination, office moves, facilities maintenance request and other logistical needs within our offices. The Workplace Facilities Operations Manager helps to lead Chewy’s Workplace team and further our OP’s by creating an environment for high performing teams that allows them to realize their true potential.

What You’ll Do

Oversee all operations programs related to mail, janitorial, culinary, and reception, Support, Environmental Health & Safety.
Manage budget and spend for Operations, maintenance and Janitorial.
Oversee/assist with internal office moves and new hire coordination, seating plans, blocking plans, department head count verifications, space requests and hotel desk management.
Partner with event coordination by creating action lists, event schedules, allocating team support, and managing budgets.
Project manage facility and Workplace-related projects to define scope, develop logistic plans, set up budgets, create and maintain proper tracking procedures and follow through to completion.
Develop and maintain metrics to track number of projects, budgets, schedules, and performance for all responsibilities.
Oversees and coordinates preventative and emergency maintenance/repair work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, security and janitorial work.
Manage relationship between landlords/property managers.
Implement a comprehensive approach to developing and managing the physical environment at our Plantation and Hollywood HUBs, including new enhancements and workplace experience initiatives.
Build strong collaborative relationships with the regional operations, Office Managers and leadership as well cross functional teams to support and grow the business.
Build and deliver team goals, repair and maintenance expense plan, annual capital re-investment plan, and work order service levels.
Partner with Recruiting and HR to provide support with New Hire Orientations, Batch Interviews, and Recruiting/Networking events across multiple sites.
Oversee the creation and implementation of standards in partnership with other Chewy HUBs to ensure continuity throughout the Workplace teams.
Help to guide the development and personal growth for all direct reports, including performance reviews.
Lead facilities' maintenance operations of building(s) and property with integration of processes within the organization to maintain and develop services that support and improve the effectiveness of our Plantation and Hollywood (FL) HUBs.
Acts as an expert with a variety of facility and maintenance processes, practices, and procedures
Lead the delivery of an exceptional employee experience through high-touch customer service, driving productivity, engagement, and satisfaction.
