New Product Introduction Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage individual, complex, cross-regional innovation projects on operational level

• Create and align on project time schedule and financial plan

• Own the product-level P&Ls to ensure sustainable and profitable growth.

• Anticipate obstacles, effectively elevate issues and strategize solutions to complex problems that may arise during development to ensure the project is delivered on time to specifications.

• Define growth strategies in targeted verticals, develop operational plans, and drive strategy implementation across business units.

• Provide cross-business and cross-divisional leadership in the areas of strategy formulation, macro economy tracking, industry/market analysis, competitor benchmarking, etc.

• Identify growth opportunities in new industries, emerging technologies, business models, or services.

• Work closely with local and global leaders to further enhance local capabilities of offering management, breakthrough ideation, and NPI GTM excellence

• Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to other members of the commercial team

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, chemistry, or a related field.

• 3 years of business development experience

• 2 years of tech-sales experience in a chemical company.

• 3 years of innovation management experience

• Strong leadership qualities to spearhead cross-functional teams from concept to launch

• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and thoughtfully prioritize tasks while maintaining uncompromising quality to drive results

• Proficiency using project management software to schedule and document project activities

• Ability to understand innovative technologies, companies and markets and the associated technological, market, legal and financial risks

• Experience in the analysis and valuation of financial and businesses models

• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and interests

• Strong communication and presentation skills (Both verbal and written).
