Neuro Radiologist Locum

Description:

St. Luke's Health in Houston is seeking a Remote Body/Neuro Radiologist for a locum position. This role requires expertise in reading ER neuro and general/body radiology. The position involves both emergency and routine inpatient studies, with a focus on 72 RVUs per shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read neuro and general/body ER radiology, 50% of each.

• Review plain films in addition to the primary imaging duties.

• Work remotely, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with the healthcare team.

• Focus on emergent, inpatient routine, and stat studies with priority for urgent cases.

• Maintain high-volume output with a target of 72 RVUs per shift.

• Utilize Powerscribe 4.0 for reporting and documentation.

Schedule:

• Days: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM CST, 7 days a week.

• Dates Needed: July 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025

Requirements:

• Certification: Board certified or board eligible in Diagnostic Radiology.

• Experience: Residency trained in Diagnostic Radiology.

• Skills: Comfortable reading both neuro and general/body radiology ER cases.
