Description:
- We're looking for a skilled Network Engineer with a strong foundation in WiFi connectivity solutions. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving customer WiFi connectivity issues. You'll need a blend of technical skills, customer service acumen, and project management capabilities.
Overview of responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve complex WiFi connectivity issues, focusing on both software and hardware components.
- Design, develop, and deploy a Network Readiness Tool to ensure customer networks are prepared for our application, improving overall performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network considerations with application requirements.
- Provide technical support during the application installation process, aiming for a seamless customer experience.
- Conduct network performance analysis and enhancements for better reliability and speed.
- Keep updated on network technology and WiFi standards to recommend system updates.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of network engineering experience, with a focus on WiFi connectivity.
- Proficient networking protocols like TCP/IP and HTTP.
- Experience in developing software for network analysis or readiness assessments.
- Strong understanding of WiFi hardware (routers, modems, access points).
- Capable of troubleshooting and resolving network issues effectively.
- Excellent project management skills, with a history of leading projects from inception to completion.
- Effective communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
