We are seeking a seasoned Contract NetSuite Consultant for our dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our NetSuite platform to help drive business growth and efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of NetSuite's capabilities, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the NetSuite platform to support various business functions, including sales, finance, and marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their business needs and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions.
- Develop and implement custom scripts and workflows to automate business processes.
- Provide technical support and training to NetSuite users, ensuring they can effectively use the platform.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and system performance.
- Stay updated with the latest NetSuite updates and industry best practices to recommend improvements to our current systems and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite related issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in the integration of NetSuite with other systems and applications.
- Document system changes and developments for future reference.
- Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and data migration projects.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a NetSuite Consultant or in a similar role.
- Proven technical and functional understanding of the NetSuite platform.
- Experience in various business verticals, preferably in the marketing industry.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think abstractly to devise effective solutions.
- Experience with NetSuite scripting and workflow development.
- Familiarity with NetSuite's SuiteCloud Developer Framework (SDF) is a plus.
- NetSuite certifications (e.g., NetSuite Certified Administrator, NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant) are preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
