What We're Looking For . . .
We'll expect you to have a BSc (preferably in Life Sciences) and 5 years field-based commercial professional experience with at least 3 years' experience with scientific instrumentation and/or high technology devices in the biotechnology, or laboratory space. Or, relevant inside sales or distribution experience with ONT's Technology or in the NGS space.
You'll have excellent organization and time management skills and be experienced in presenting and negotiating. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a positive, can-do attitude and a strong communicator that can effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders across multi-disciplinary and international teams. You know your way around CRM systems, are commercially astute with the ability to work to budgets and have an excellent understanding of the sales process. You are confident working under pressure with minimum supervision in a matrixed sales and service environment.
