What you will be doing:
- Provides visitors with excellent customer service.
- Answers all visitors’ inquiries accurately and professionally.
- Prepares bank deposits and balances the register daily.
- Provides inventory and spending reports.
- Assists in stocking, unpacking, and pricing merchandise.
- Cleans the store daily and maintains a pleasing environment for customers.
- Interacts with Hermitage visitors and staff in a friendly and informative manner.
- Ensures the safety of staff and visitors.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least a year of customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and confidentiality.
- Proficient knowledge of cash handling and calculator work.
- Ability to interact with a diverse audience.
- Ability to stoop, bend, lift, and walk.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access various departments of a given location.
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods.
