Duties;

10Other duties: Provide general support to Museum Education & Public Programs.Essential

40Educational Programming. Assist with planning and conducting educational programming (family days, special events, field trips). Set up and tear down for programs, staff programs and events, creating a welcoming atmosphere for children and adults, assist in creation of content for programs.Essential

50Objects and database work. Cataloging and photographing specimens and objects, updating database records, processing loans.Essential

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Attention to detail is important. Experience with database work preferred. Knowledge of Alaska natural and cultural history desired. Background in Education or Interpretation desired.
