Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute graphic design projects and social media content strategy.
- Create branding and fundraising toolkits to support organizational goals.
- Create concert and recital programs, stories, press releases and promotional materials while maintaining brand consistency.
- Lead photography, videography, and multimedia production efforts; ensure inclusive, accessible, and strategically aligned communications.
- Analyze content performance and align with strategic goals.
- Manage web content strategy and email marketing campaigns.
- Handle crisis communication and provide daily marketing support.
- Create and coordinate conference presence and recruitment initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Excellent communication skills and efficiency in response to requests and needs.
- Clear and professional writing and editing skills.
- Photography/videography skills for editing, compressing, digitizing, and distribution, development of multimedia projects within the branding policies of and in collaboration with the University of Arizona and in alignment with Arizona Arts/College of Fine Arts.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through experience required.
- 1 year of relevant work experience.
