Description:
Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Develop, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video and photo content for social media, websites, and
other digital platforms.
- Create engaging multimedia assets including graphics, GIFs, and animations for use across social channels,
email marketing, and web content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute multimedia content strategies that support
the brand initiatives and business goals.
- Ensure content aligns with the brand voice and visual identity.
- Manage multimedia projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are
met.
- Generate and execute a regularly planned communication schedule that includes internal and external
partners.
- Maintain company’s photo archive and operate as one of our organizational photographers for live
programs and events.
- Utilize, maintain, and safekeep video and photo equipment provided for event use;
- Provide and support training initiatives to extend the capacity of the staff to support this effort.
- Oversee content for platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Manage YouTube channel content, optimizing video content for SEO and audience engagement.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, providing insights to improve future multimedia content.
- Travel regularly to both U.S. and international destinations to provide on-site event coverage for concerts,
festivals, conferences, meetings, cruises, and other similar company objectives.
- Capture artist interviews, behind-the-scenes content, and event recaps for promotional use.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including artists, managers, event producers, and external partners,
to ensure alignment in all creative efforts.
- Collaborate with external vendors and freelancers for larger-scale multimedia projects as needed.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to bring new content ideas to life and expand the company’s
creative output.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience in multimedia production, content creation, or digital
marketing.
- Strong Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), graphic design tools (Adobe
Photoshop, Illustrator), and multimedia production equipment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, and the ability to
create platform-specific content within them.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
