QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Photography, Videography, Digital Media, Communications, or related field;
2-3 years of experience in related field preferred;
Proficiency in multimedia software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Final Cut Pro, and various photography equipment;
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
Experience with website content management systems, email marketing platforms, and SEO best practices, WordPress knowledge preferred;
Skilled in videography, video editing, photography, photo editing, and graphic design;
Passion for visual storytelling, design, and aesthetics;
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency;
Excellent communication and organizational skills;
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Ability to perform job duties in a positive and helpful manner with a strong customer service orientation;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

JOB SUMMARY: To produce engaging and visually appealing multimedia content to support Hamilton County Educational Service Center’s communications and marketing efforts combining skills, creativity and versatility in graphic design, videography, photography, and multimedia production. materials.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Collaborate with the design team to maintain brand consistency and visual identity.
  • Create visually appealing graphics for internal and external customers, including fliers, brochures, catalogs, presentations, posters, logos, social media posts, and marketing materials.
  • Conceptualize and create designs, concepts, and layouts for digital, video, and photographic content for various platforms.
  • Manage product quality during the design, print, and production process.
  • Conceptualize, plan, and shoot video content for promotional campaigns, educational materials, and social media platforms.
  • Edit and post-process video footage to produce high-quality, engaging videos.
  • Manage equipment and maintain video production standards.
  • Capture high-quality photographs for various purposes, including marketing collateral, events, social media, and publications.
  • Ensure images align with the organization's branding and messaging.
  • Combine graphics, videos, and other multimedia elements to create compelling multimedia presentations, interactive content, and online learning modules.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop multimedia strategies and concepts.
  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute various visual and/or multimedia content for social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
  • Organize and maintain a library of multimedia assets, ensuring easy access for the marketing and communications team.
  • Ensure content is appropriately archived and backed up.
  • Contribute fresh and compelling ideas for stories, photos, and multimedia to meet audience interests and needs.
  • Create content for email marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate on the development of effective digital advertising campaigns.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
