Description:

Internal Projects –
Oversee the program’s internal creative projects. Areas of focus include but are not limited to the following: themed videos, team event coverage, donor outreach, and student-athlete events.
Logistics and Organization –
Maintain an organized workflow, contribute to meetings, and coordinate creative logistics. Attend all-staff meetings for women’s basketball, regularly finetune the workflow, and oversee print projects from ideation to production.
Other related duties as assigned.
Compliance with the rules and regulations of the University, the NCAA, the Conference, the State of Washington and any other governing body is of paramount importance to the University.? The overall responsibility of this position is for the successful operation of the program in full compliance with all such rules and regulations. As a condition of employment, the Employee shall be required to participate in rules education programs offered by the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, communications, business, public relations, or a related field. Professional experience may substitute for stated educational requirements. A minimum of two years of experience in video, multimedia production, and/or a related field. Proficient in video editing programs, technical use of video cameras, and possess superior organizational skills in order to coordinate several major video projects simultaneously. Ability to consistently lift and carry at least 40 pounds.

Experience in college or professional athletics or comparable experience in highly professional settings.
