An Construction Quality Engineer is needed for a leading Construction organization. The Construction Quality Engineer is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure construction aspects of the project meets quality construction standards and timelines.

The ideal candidate should possess 3+ years' of field construction experience on comparable projects (large commercial construction), hold a Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or an equivalent field, demonstrate proficiency in software such as MS Office, Bluebeam, BIM360, SmartSheet, and other relevant tools. This is a direct-hire role located in Phoenix, AZ (Mesa) area, and relocation is available for qualified candidates.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Review client specifications and communicate effectively with the project team
  • Engage in the submittal review process before installation to identify quality concerns and ways to increase quality assurance.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand project goals and track the strategies to meet and exceed them.
  • Complete daily field walks with field team to ensure quality assurance.
  • Regularly review scope installation progress with the field team to ensure quality assurance.
  • Coordinate resolution for all systems/tools, data entry, tracking tools, Completion List, Punchlist, NCR, Observations Deficiency Logs, along with other designated software, and provide documentation of all meeting minutes.
