Mendix Developer

 

Description:

* Design and develop Mendix applications, following internal best practices and guidelines.

* Collaborate with business analysts, designers, and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into functional applications.

* Customize and extend Mendix functionality using widgets, microflows, and JavaScript actions

* Perform code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and ensure code quality.

* Integrate Mendix applications with external systems using APIs and web services.

* Collaborate with the testing team to ensure proper unit testing and resolve any reported defects.

* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Mendix applications.

* Stay up to date with the latest Mendix features, enhancements, and industry trends.

* Be the Technical lead from IT and interact with business

* Manage the team assigned and ensure proper delivery

* Responsible for deliverables to senior IT leadership as well as to the business users

Qualifications

* 6+ years of hands-on experience in Mendix application development with 12+ years of software development experience

* Prior experience in leading projects and team assigned

* Mendix “Advanced Developer Certification” or “Expert Developer Certification” is preferred

* Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

* Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

* Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Experience collaborating and working in onsite-offshore model

* Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions

* Discrete manufacturing experience is a plus
