Description:

  • Respond to member inquiries via e-mail, chat and phone regarding hardware, software, apparel, deliveries, promotions, etc. within a call center environment
  • Will troubleshoot problems, walk members through features, and help members get the most out of their memberships
  • Will utilize Salesforce *Additional Skills & Qualifications:*
  • Ability to be resourceful in troubleshooting customer issues
  • Ability to multitask navigating between multiple windows/screens
  • Excellent timeliness and attendance
