Description:
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work with the Leadership, Product Design, Marketing, and Creative teams to design cutting edge, compelling seasonal print & pattern artwork, typography, trims, labels, graphics, hangtags, and product packaging.
- Assist in Logo/Branding ideation and execution.
- Research consumer trends, market trends, and color trends with the ability to interpret to the melin consumer.
- Create and present design inspiration mood boards with patterns, images, color direction, and seasonal storytelling.
- Manage and maintain trim design and development including branding, woven labels, and hangtags.
- Assist team in preparing for design reviews and other meetings. Aid in the creation and maintenance of design cads.
- Work closely with design, product, and creative teams to implement brand vision, division guidelines, and art direction.
- Provide strike off comments, proto, and sample submits and provide solutions with the development team.
- Create and maintain one sheet sales tools.
- Manage and execute multiple design projects from concept to finished product within calendar deadline to ensure hitting design, development and GTM dates.
- Interpret direction and feedback to update art files and problem solving in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
