Description:
This position is critical to delivering our Medicare marketing programs and will manage offline operations year-round for Direct Mail, FSI, Newspaper and Out of Home. Other areas may include development or inputs of automation tools, digital and other mediums to promote enrollment into our Medicare programs.
Fundamental Components:
- Review program results and work with telesales and analytics teams to develop strategic recommendations across offline channels.
- Develop and implement processes, tools and initiatives that support and improve the operations of the marketing operating system.
- Help and coordinate marketing organization ensure materials match approved content through extensive validation process across offline channels.
- Lead project management and develop timelines across internal and external stakeholders.
- Development of campaign requirements for market program implementation
- Collaborate with our internal initiative owners as well as external agency partners to ensure marketing material and campaign designs remain compliant
- Work with analytics to review direct mail counts and model accuracy
- Work with procurement and print vendors on print bids for the year round acquisition and retention direct mail campaigns
- Support the development and source of truth inputs within our marketing automation systems. This includes ensuring appropriate functionality and creative is available for upcoming campaigns for all offline channels.
- Proxy for budget / cost center management and tracking.
