A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering is preferred, and at least 10 years of industry experience/knowledge of:
 

• 5+ Years of management experience
• Experience working for a mechanical contractor or design-build firm
• Background in mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection
• LEED certification preferred
