Description:
As the Director of fdx Sales, you will be a key member of FedEx's team responsible for building and leading a high-performance sales and marketing organization focused on selling digital solutions. Reporting to the Vice President, you will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Your role involves managing a B2B SaaS sales team, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and analyzing market trends to drive success in a competitive landscape.
Essential Functions
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute fdx's sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to inform product and pricing strategies.
- Establish and monitor KPIs and metrics to track and measure sales performance.
- Team Leadership:
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team across all levels.
- Inspire, motivate, and guide individuals and teams toward achieving common goals while fostering a positive work environment.
- Provide comprehensive oversight for sub-projects from ideation through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Stakeholder Relationships:
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients across the company.
- Develop insights to maintain continuous visibility into program progress and outcomes.
- Present to executives on risks, roadblocks, successes, and overall program health.
- Standards & Execution:
- Ensure adherence to common program management standards and operating models to guarantee robust execution and accelerated delivery of projects.
- Promote a proactive team player attitude, passionate about cooperation and influence, and driven by success.
- Financial Management:
- Partner with finance to oversee project costing and valuation, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Demonstrate strong entrepreneurial and business acumen in managing resources and budgets.

Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline.
