Description:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Develop and implement creative concepts for print and online marketing initiatives including newspaper, magazine, video production, collateral design, web, presentations, and proposals
- Develop and implement creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization that advance Hanna brand strategy
- Collaborate with the division team members to ensure creative quality and integrity
- Work with agents and marketing team to generate ideas for new or trending media
- Provide quality control over projects
- Create project plans and delegate responsibilities to team members
- Create and maintain efficient workflow and monitor work activity
- Responsible for training new marketing team members
- Responsible for promoting a collaborative, creative marketing environment
- Responsible for organization and communication within division
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- 1-2 years’ experience in marketing
- Experience in customer service or other people-oriented fields desired.
- Sales experience a plus.
- Previous management experience
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft programs to include: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
- Multi-tasking through multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to create social media posts, content calendars, and manage social media for multiple pages.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Desire to succeed
- Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva- Ability to create graphics
- Drone Pilot license preferred
- Experience with Matterport preferred
