Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ideate and execute comprehensive communication and marketing plans.
- Manage all social media platforms and website content for the DTC and its programs.
- Create engaging content for diverse channels: social media, website flyers, and brochures.
- Utilize graphic design expertise to conceptualize and produce visually compelling materials.
- Ensure alignment of visual content with the overall marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with teams to maintain brand consistency across all communication mediums.
- Stay updated on design trends and tools to enhance content quality and effectiveness.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with different stakeholders.
- Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external partners of the University.
- Maintain records database of productivity and prospect information.
- Provide support to the team with various other duties as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience (2+ years) in marketing and communication roles, with a portfolio demonstrating graphic design proficiency.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on maintaining brand consistency and quality in all materials.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
- Continuous learning attitude to stay updated with the latest trends and tools in marketing, communication, and design.
- Experience working in an educational institution, or a similar setting is a plus.
