Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communications: Develop and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and client updates to ensure clear and consistent messaging.
  • Event Coordination: Plan, promote, and execute client and prospect events, both in-person and online, ensuring seamless organization and attendee experience.
  • Advisor Collateral & Presentations: Create and maintain marketing collateral and presentations for our advisors to support client meetings and business development efforts.
  • Shared Resources: Maintain a library of shared marketing resources for internal teams, including templates, presentations, and graphics.
  • Content Support: Assist in creating, editing, and distributing content for clients and prospects, such as blog posts, articles, and whitepapers.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, including content creation, graphics design, and calendar management to increase brand presence.
  • Awards & Recognition: Manage submissions for industry awards and other forms of recognition to enhance the firm’s reputation.
  • Lead Administration: Support lead generation and administration tasks.
  • Event Support: Coordinate logistical aspects of events, including vendor communication, registrations, and promotional materials.

What You Bring as a Marketing Specialist:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the financial services or RIA industry.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Experience in event planning and execution, both virtual and in-person.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools.
  • Graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot, Marketing Cloud) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under deadlines.
  • A proactive, creative, and collaborative mindset.
  • Good people skills are paramount.
  • Bonus Skills: Pardot email automation, Salesforce knowledge, Graphic Design (Adobe Creative Suite/ Photoshop/ Canva), Website Content Management (WordPress), Content Writing, Google AdWords or Analytics, and HTML design.
