Description:
MODA Light, an innovative architectural lighting company, is currently in search of a Marketing Specialist to join its dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our marketing department, utilizing your creative prowess and strong administrative skills to drive our marketing efforts. This position entails collaborating across departments to refine documents, creating impactful marketing collateral, managing website updates, and curating engaging social media content. We are seeking candidates with a flair for marketing strategy and a strong graphic design background, backed by a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and exceptional communication skills.
Primary Functions:
- Create email campaigns for upcoming events, product launches, and information gathering
- Maintain social media, including content creation, scheduling posts, and responding to inquiries
- Assist with the development and maintenance of the website, including creation of supporting documents, updating content and ensuring functionality.
- Collaborate with leadership to conceptualize, plan, design, and produce technical specification material for internal and external company use.
- Maintain digital records of all documents and strive to attain weekly and monthly goals

- Proficiency in working independently and collaboratively on time-sensitive projects.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Proven experience in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp), graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and basic web development (e.g., Wix).
- Expertise in social media management and scheduling tools.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities, a positive outlook, a passion for learning, and a desire for continuous growth in all aspects of marketing.
- Familiarity with Cinema 4D or related software is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Preferred 2+ years of experience in marketing, particularly with a strong emphasis on graphic design.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, along with exceptional proofreading skills.
- A degree in Graphic/Industrial Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in Technical Graphic Design or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Portfolio submission showcasing design work and provision of a writing sample is required for consideration.
- Familiarity with Cinema 4D or related software is advantageous but not mandatory.
