Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain website content using WordPress, ensuring it reflects the firm's brand and messaging.
  • Manage social media platforms, including posting engaging content, interacting with followers, and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Organize and execute client appreciation events, including selecting gifts, coordinating logistics, and fostering positive client interactions.
  • Assist in prospect campaigns and support the management of inbound leads, ensuring timely and effective follow-up.
  • Design visually appealing graphics for social media posts, presentations, and articles.
  • Develop and implement email campaigns and mass communications to engage clients and prospects.
  • Edit and create videos to enhance the firm's marketing efforts.

Desired Experience:

  • Proficiency in video editing software.
  • Strong graphic design skills using tools such as Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.
  • Understanding of general marketing principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with WordPress and email and social media campaign management.
