Job Summary: As a Marketing Specialist specializing in Vendor Coordination you will play a crucial role in coordinating marketing activities to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue. Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaign Coordination:
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with vendors, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and brand guidelines.
- Work closely with internal marketing teams, such as creative, digital, and social media/content, to develop campaign assets and materials.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to vendors and internal stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain vendor performance calendar year over year.
Promotional Activities:
- Collaborate with vendors to plan and execute promotional activities, such as product launches, promotions and exclusive activations.
- Coordinate in-store campaign execution, signage, and promotional materials to maximize brand visibility and drive customer traffic.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities, providing recommendations for optimization and future campaigns.
Market Analysis and Research:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing insights to vendors and internal teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing strategies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Collaborate with merchant partners to monitor vendor performance and competitive landscape, providing regular reports and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Budget Management:
- Assist in the development and management of the marketing budget related to vendor coordination activities.
- Monitor expenditures, track invoices, and ensure timely payment processing.
- Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to ensure compliance with financial policies and guidelines.
