McKesson Medical-Surgical (MMS) is seeking a highly creative and collaborative Marketing Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaign Strategy: Help develop the overall marketing campaign strategy based on business objectives. Help conduct discovery to collect business goals, market research, target audience profile, product details and other key information relevant to the marketing initiative.
Planning and Execution: Plan, execute and manage marketing campaigns from start to finish that deliver on customer needs and business problems.
Performance Measurement and Analysis: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Monitor campaign performance, gather data and analytics, and provide reports and insights to stakeholders. Assess the success of the campaign against set goals and identify areas for improvement.
Campaign Optimization: Track & monitor KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the campaign, in partnership with Marketing Analytics team. Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities for improvement, refine strategies and optimize marketing efforts throughout the campaign to maximize results. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to adapt campaigns accordingly.
Collaboration and Communication: Foster collaboration and facilitate discussions to ensure marketing plans support overall business priorities. Promote transparent and frequent communications across marketing teams and business stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management: Interact with various stakeholders, including senior management, customers, suppliers, and agencies. Provide regular updates on campaign progress, address concerns, and manage expectations. Work closely with Market Strategy and Sales leaders to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and sales efforts
